Led by Executive Chef Rudy Ballin, Le St Bernard celebrates authentic Alpine cuisine deeply rooted in local produce. Mountain cheeses, regional meats, seasonal vegetables, and wines from the Valais shape a menu that is both refined and approachable. With subtle Franco-Swiss influences, each dish reimagines mountain classics with care and character. A convivial yet refined dining experience, where the mountains reveal their flavors in a spirit of sharing and simplicity.

Imagined as a contemporary chalet, Le St Bernard welcomes guests into a warm setting of creamy tones, deep burgundy accents, and light wood details. The atmosphere is inviting and understated, much like the loyal dog that inspired its name: a symbol of kindness and companionship. At the heart of the space, La Table du Chef offers a privileged moment around a reinterpreted local cuisine, shared right beside the kitchen’s energy.

Located on the first floor of the Experimental Chalet, is Experimental Cocktail Club, the Alpine version of Paris's iconic cocktail bar.
