A stylish Alpine retreat in the heart of Verbier

Discover our rooms

A stylish Alpine retreat with a bistro, spa, signature cocktail bar, and the legendary nightclub, the Farm Club.

Our Restaurant

In keeping with our tradition of fresh, sustainably sourced dining, the Experimental Chalet includes a farm to table bistro by the revered Parisian chef Gregory Marchand.

Our Rooms

Perched among the snow-capped summits of Verbier, the Experimental Chalet offers a selection of 39 rooms and suites, some with terrace, jacuzzi, or panoramic views of the surrounding Alpine peaks and Mont Blanc. With open spaces and natural light, the comfortable, minimalist design by Milanese architect Fabrizio Casiraghi is inspired by mid-century resorts, with deep jewel and sorbet tones, and lacquered wood.

Experimental Chalet

Situated on the first floor of the Experimental Chalet, is the bar, a key destination for every Experimental Group property. Serving our signature craft cocktails and an expert selection of wines and spirits, it is an ideal hideaway for “après-ski” get-togethers, pre-dinner apéritifs or as the launchpad for a late night. Continue the evening by going downstairs to the Farm Club, a legendary hot spot that has set the rhythm of Verbier after dark for over 45 years.

Experimental Chalet

Verbier is celebrated as the premier station of the “Quatre Vallées,” with exceptional winter sunshine and the most extensive slopes in Switzerland. With 410 km of pistes linked by 80 lifts, and summits reaching 3300m at Mont-Fort, Verbier offers a spectacular panoramic Alpine view on the Combins, the Cervin and Mont Blanc peaks. The extreme ski hot-spot is exhilarating off-piste too, making it a sought-after location for free-riders. In the summer, Verbier acts as the base camp for many of the most breathtaking hiking excursions. All year round, hang-gliders, paragliders and wingsuit flyers gather at the peaks, while a rich cultural agenda in town provides sophisticated diversion.
