Incorporating locally sourced ingredients from the Valais, the restaurant servces breakfast and dinner daily, providing the perfect place to enjoy a cosy meal after a day on the slopes, with views of the Grand Combin just beyond the windows. Each morning starts with fresh pastries, homemade cakes and eggs to fuel the day ahead, and evenings are complete with the legendary Frenchie bacon scones to start, followed by delicate pasta and meat to share, To finish, the iconic Frenchie Banoffee is the pinnacle of a dinner spent next to the crackling fire.
